The [1.9] is our smallest counter top unit.

The [5.5G / 5.5E] is a counter top unit with alot of flexibility and is capable of  cooking 20-25 chickens an hour and has the capability of cooking turkeys.

The [Model 6.5] uses the same footprint as the Model 5.5 but provides more capacity.

The [10.10] series is basically a two [5.5]s , doubling the capacity in the same square footage.  It's capable of cooking 40-50 chickens an hour.   The [10.10w] has a cooking section and the second section is a warmer. These units also have the capability of cooking turkeys.

The [14.5] is our newest batch cooker.  The split cooking compartment allows the user to cook different items simultaneously.

The [5.7] is one of our largest batch cookers and is capable of cooking 42 chickens an hour.
